Pedro's 6mm Hex Driver II - 27cm Pedal Hex Key

Many modern pedals have a hexagon broach on the back of the axle in 6mm or 8mm instead of, or as well as, wrench flats. The Pedro's 6mm Hex Driver II is designed for fast, easy installation and removal of these pedals and of cranks using 6mm bolts.

The 27cm key provides the leverage needed to break free a tight pedal, and the second ball end speeds up spinning the pedal in or out. Suited to workshops and home mechanics who swap pedals regularly.

Care & Safety

Remember pedal threads are side-specific: the left (non-drive) pedal has a left-hand thread. Fully seat the hex key in the bolt head before applying high torque to avoid rounding the fastener or the tool tip.
